These journals really are so juvenile. Merlin, I've been avoiding them quite a lot lately. I really have better things to do with my time than listen to everyone whinge a lot.

Hogsmeade should be nice, though. Get a glimpse of the real world. Do some window shopping. Gloat over all the things I could buy.

I'm really very tempted to just...not get on the Hogwarts Express when the time comes.

Really, what can my parents do to me?

What is with this weather? I don't think it's been this hot since '89. It's gross. Especially the blokes who think that it being hot outside makes it perfectly fine for them to take off their shirts.

Boys, this is never acceptable unless you meet the following conditions:

• You are going swimming and are actually at the place that the swimming occurs OR
  
• You have a six-pack or otherwise acceptably toned body

Please take this advise to heart, as my eyes really can't take anymore of it.
